WSJ - on Congress revisting Student Loans in Bankruptcy
Of great concern and discussion over the past few months among consumer bankrupty attorneys has been a national push to rewrite some of the bankruptcy code to allow private student loans to be discharged in bankruptcy. The Wall Street Journal does a good job showing some examples of how this is a problem which is only becoming a greater burder on the American household, and what may be done to stem the tide.
