Mr. Gaynor practices in most areas of the firm’s practices, including all areas of business consulting and insolvency.
EDUCATION
Mr. Gaynor received his Bachelor in Science degree in Microbiology and Chemistry from California State University at Chico, a Master of Science degree in Microbiology from Colorado State University, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
During law school Mr. Gaynor was a member of the Dean’s List and was named the Kierney Family Foundation Fellow. He also earned a Certificate in International Legal Studies in a joint venture of the Universität Salzburg and the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
MEMBERSHIPS
Mr. Gaynor is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum. He is licensed to practice law by the State Bar of California, and is authorized to practice before the Eastern and Northern Districts of the United States Federal Court in California, as well as the 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.
ACTIVITIES
Mr. Gaynor is an active lecturer on Bankruptcy throughout the Northern California Region.
