PRACTICE AREAS

Ms. Ferrante specializes in assisting clients in consumer chapter 7 law, and assists the firm with research and analysis of complicated bankruptcy and FDCPA questions of law.

EDUCATION

Ms. Ferrante received her Bachelor of Science from the California State University at San Jose, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. She also earned a Certificate in International Legal Studies in a joint venture of the Universität Salzburg and the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

Ms. Ferrante is licensed to practice law by the State Bar of California, and is also authorized to practice before the Eastern District of California United States Federal Court.
